Your blog has just completely summed up the majority of the feelings that I have had over this time. It has been extremely difficult not having people around me who understood what is going on, and constantly trying to explain "why" I pull. It has caused me not to trust and at this point I have barely any hair at all. I am on a pretty good roll, with less pulling overall as you described and have been wondering if it was ever going to be possible for me to completely stop. Not seeing this possibility had discouraged me so much in the past, but your explanation of it has helped me so much at the place I'm at currently. Thank you so much for blogging about your experience and sharing it.
